CTI GROUP’S ANALYSIS RT SOLUTION HELPS PREVENT ‘BILL SHOCK’
CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTCQB:CTIG), a leading developer of carrier-grade telecommunications solutions for fixed, mobile and converged communications, today announced the release of ‘Analysis RT’. This latest update for ‘Analysis’ is specifically designed to help address ‘bill shock’.
Exorbitant data roaming charges continue to exasperate mobile users, and their first response is to look for someone to blame for those unexpected charges. A survey by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) reveals that 1 in 6 mobile users has experienced bill shock – leading to frustration, heated calls with customer care, customer dissatisfaction and customer churn. If just 10% of these unhappy customers decide to move suppliers as a result, then Content Service Providers (CSPs) have a heavy cost to bear.
“With the explosive growth of ‘always on’ data and customers not being totally aware of how much their data consumption costs are, then Analysis RT is an opportunity for CSPs to gain more value from their customers, by helping them to control their costs. It is a proven fact that the more services and perceived value a company provides to its customers the less likely they are to churn.” Says Trevor Davis, Head of Products at CTI Group. “Analysis RT is an out of the box solution for CSPs, so instead of developing their own solution internally, we are providing a proven solution that they can incorporate seamlessly into their billing and provisioning services, thus adding the capability to deliver real-time billing data to their customers.”
‘Analysis’ is a globally proven, in-depth electronic billing and bill analytics solution that is deployed by CSPs to eliminate paper-based billing and provide customers with detailed reporting of their invoices. It enables customers to effectively manage their spend across their communication services, be they fixed-line, mobile, or multi-play. The recent incorporation of Analysis RT into the Analysis product set is designed to add reporting of real-time usage, thus enabling users to be notified of bill shock events before they grow out of proportion and before they receive their bill.
