Tollgrade Announces Renewal of ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Another Milestone for the Company in Continuation of its Commitment to Excellence 

Cranberry Twp., Pa, August 25 , 2015 – Tollgrade Communications, Inc., the industry leader in redefining the global standard for reliability at the world’s largest electric utilities and telecommunications providers, is pleased to announce the renewal of its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) certificate by the BSI Group.  With this renewal, Tollgrade’s quality management system for its Broadband and Smart Grid solutions remains ISO 9001:2008 certified through 2018.

“To have this certification renewed every three years for the last twenty-plus years without a single interruption is a true testament that we have consistently maintained the highest quality standards and processes in the design and manufacture of our solutions,” said Edward H. The renewal of Tollgrade’s certification by an accredited, independent certification body is a key milestone and confirms Tollgrade’s ongoing commitment to quality.  “To accomplish the renewal of our certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard has been a tremendous team effort. Being certified means our customers can have confidence that Tollgrade is committed to maintaining the highest industry standards and processes that enable us to provide the very best quality products and outstanding customer service. The ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard was developed and published by the International  Organization for Standardization (ISO) and established an efficient quality management program for manufacturing companies. Essential components of the standard include customer satisfaction and authenticating processes for continuous improvement, which are highly valued by Tollgrade.
